Today, we will see about Nielsen AOD.
This is a tool of Nielsen which is used to make data-driven decisions for business operations using advanced analytics and optimisation for decision-making. Nielsen AOD is primarily used in Media (i.e.) for advertising, marketing, etc.
Let us see the basics that every beginner should know.
Various sources of data can be ingested namely consumer data, marketing data, etc. With all this data, we can get a view of consumer trends and marketing dynamics.
Then we can segment the data (i.e.) our customers by their demographics, behaviour, etc. This way we distinguish the customers and target the audience to improve the business.
After this, we can have a business plan and campaign in the media accordingly. The most TRP-based channel is what is primarily used for campaigning because we can target more customers.
With this, we can improve our KPIs(key performance indicators). We can measure and do analytics with the KPIs we have obtained. KPIs can be customer retention rate, customer engagement, etc.
